Sometimes it can be hard to know where to start when you need to access services - especially when everything is online.

Sessions cover topics such as getting started with myGov, understanding income and concession supports, retirement and ageing services, family and carer supports, and where to go for next steps.

Sessions are open to everyone and are designed to help you understand what’s available and how to access it.
The sessions are held across various City of Melbourne Libraries and Healthy Ageing Facilities.

If you have access needs or require an interpreter, please contact the library on 9658 9504 or email literacyandlearning@melbourne.vic.gov.au.

Each session requires a separate booking.
