Sensory Hours
We run a quiet and low sensory hour every weekday from 10am to 11am throughout the facility. During this hour, artificial lighting is reduced and we switch off music and main televisions in the gym area. This program is designed to reduce anxiety and sensory stress for members and guests with specific needs by providing a quieter and less stimulating environment in centre.
Pool Accessibility
Melbourne City Baths has a hoist to assist with entry to the main pool.
Bathrooms
Melbourne City Baths has an accessible change room. All change rooms within the facility have also been equipped with an accessible shower to help reduce demand on the accessible change room.
