By Kids, For Kids

ArtPlay’s By Kids, for Kids Collective is an award-winning program for 9 to 11 year olds to invent, imagine and actualise their artistic ideas to the public.

Presented by House of Muchness External link and ArtPlay, the By Kids, for Kids is an award-winning creation program for 9 to 11 year olds in which the Collective members are the dreamers, designers and builders of arts projects for other children to participate in.

The Collective are responsible for developing innovative programming that authentically reflects the priorities and fascinations of young people. The outcome of the program will be a project at ArtPlay where members will produce and facilitate a season of artistic experiences for the public.

This is a unique opportunity for industrious young people to belong to a highly inventive art creation hub. Look out for the By Kids, For Kids offerings as part of the July school holidays each year.

The By Kids, for Kids Collective is a two-year program. The next audition call-out will be in October 2026.
