The Melbourne Migrapreneurs program is a free eight-week program to support migrant entrepreneurs on their startup journey.
City of Melbourne, in partnership with Catalysr X External linkand ARCTIC90 External link, is excited to launch the next iteration of the Melbourne Migrapreneurs program. This free eight-week program is designed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs from migrant, refugee, and international backgrounds to launch successful startups and become leaders of change.
The program provides valuable opportunities to learn from industry experts who have lived experience of being successful migrapreneurs and how to take your startup idea to market, pitch and raise capital.
At the end of the course, attendees have the chance to win one of four $1,500 grants and three months of personalised coaching to make your startup idea a reality.

Key program features:
- 8 x in-person weekly masterclasses on how to launch a startup in Melbourne. Classes will be held at StartSpace, State Library of Victoria.
- 1:1 virtual coaching sessions for founders from migrant, refugee and international student backgrounds with the Catalysr X team.
- Inspiration and connection with successful migrapreneur alumni and mentors across Melbourne through an online community and end of the program networking event.
- 4 x $1,500 grants for the top-performing entrepreneurs,
- The four most promising entrepreneurs will receive a fully funded three-month coaching, mentoring and advisory scholarship with Arctic 90 External link (valued at $3,600). This bespoke program is designed to accelerate your startup’s growth and set the foundation for long-term success.
