Health and Wellbeing Insights Report 2024

The City of Melbourne's Health and Wellbeing Insights Report 2024 identifies and analyses the health and wellbeing data of our municipality.

This report looks at health status, lifestyle factors and examines the key social, economic and environmental conditions that either support or hinder our community to lead healthy lifestyles and enjoy a good quality of life.

It helps guide the work of Council through our Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan to deliver on the priority health and wellbeing issues for our municipality over the next four years.

The information in this report will also help us as we work with our partners and the community to make the City of Melbourne a place where everyone can lead a healthy life.

Mid-point Profile 2022

The report was developed in late 2022 to track our progress at the halfway point of the Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2021-25.

We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
