When taking ownership of a business or premises with an active Outdoor Dining Footpath or Parklet permit, a Change of Permit Holder registration must be approved should you wish to continue to use the area.

On receipt of your registration, City of Melbourne will create a Change of Permit Holder application and a City of Melbourne Services Account on your behalf.

An application fee, as per the 'Outdoor Dining Guide', is applicable and will be invoiced directly to your contact email address. Ensure you have read the terms and conditions before submitting the form.
